OVERHEARD ON A TRAIN
Overheard on a Train is a brand-new interactive, immersive experience that happens on board Austin’s metrorail!
Experience the fun this spring, when you participate in an immersive “table read” with three of your friends. You’ll be handed a script and you won’t know the plot in advance—instead, your foursome will experience the story unfolding while the train journey continues. All guests enjoy a free drink at Black Star Co-op during intermission, and the 2-hour experience starts and ends at the Downtown Station.
This unique event will have you laughing with your friends and giving three cheers for public transportation! (And you know Austin needs a little more enthusiasm on that front.) See you there!

FLOOD OF SPIRITS
Flood of Spirits is an immersive theatre experience in October that takes place at The Driskill, Austin’s historic haunted hotel.
Written and directed by Rebecca Maag, Flood of Spirits showcases a séance occurring in Austin in the year 1900, following a deadly flood. Upon arrival, guests are assigned a family history featuring a deceased loved one, and are then invited to participate in the séance alongside the small cast.
The October 2023 presentation of Flood of Spirits was featured in Austin Monthly, and enjoyed a sold-out run. Its debut performance earlier in the year also received a rave review from The Austin Chronicle: “Flood of Spirits World premiere conjures up a haunting evening.” Stay tuned for an announcement about 2024 dates.

Press Junket: In the Bluff is an immersive theatre experience that plunks you right down into the heart of the film industry! This event debuted during SXSW 2023, and it will return to Austin at a later date.
In this immersive experience, guests are greeted as a member of the press and given the opportunity to interview cast and crew of a (fictitious) film called In the Bluff, a rom-com about strip poker. (Very dumb, but oh-so-plausible, isn’t it?)
Fresh, funny, and surprising, each performance of Press Junket offers guests a one-of-a-kind experience.
